The goals of the Sai Raiba Ambalal Memorial Trust are:

• To establish an educational institute par excellence  for  the economically disadvantaged students.
• To establish various Chairs/Schools of Research in various fields of contemporary fields of specialisations.
• To establish in the long term the state of Gujarat as  the  Scientific and Technological heart of the  Nation.
• To provide a model Institution that can be replicated  many times elsewhere.
• To provide a platform for the community of World renowned Scientists to exchange knowledge, experience  and contacts for the life.
